James is a former Platinum Homes® client. After running a successful tour company in Auckland, James and wife Trudy were looking to make a lifestyle change. They chose Platinum Homes® to construct the home of their dreams in Whangarei.

James was so impressed with the finished product that he decided to join us! As such, when James talks to our clients he does so from a position of having been in the same shoes through his own personal experience. He understands the decisions you will need to make and will assist you with genuine advice.

Aaron Bates
Builder
Aaron's potential was identified early when we hand picked him from a local carpentry training scheme. We saw then that Aaron had the makings of a first class builder. He has since completed his apprenticeship with the accolade of being one of the top ten building apprentices in New Zealand as chosen by the Building and Construction Industry Training Organisation (BCITO).

His exposure to many different senior carpenters (including the father of Dean McGonagle, Director of Platinum Homes Northland) has given Aaron a solid understanding of proven, traditional techniques mixed with todays ever changing industry methods.

Ross Morgan
Builder
Ross has been building for over 13 years having gone straight out of school and into the industry. He has always had a passion for creating things. Ross is a long-time member of Platinum Homes® Northland and a very experienced builder. Ross and wife Racheal recently became parents for the first time.

Shane Hakaraia
Construction Supervisor
Shane has been in the building industry for over 20 years. His career milestones include managing the construction of the five star Lodge Bordeaux motel in Whangarei plus overseeing the building of the new Post Shop and numerous other commercial premises in Rathbone Street.

Shanes primary role with Platinum Homes® Northland is to ensure your home meets our high standards - he is our quality control officer.

Bob Salmon
Installer
Bob is our dedicated installer. He is responsible for the installation of such critical features as the kitchen, the showers and the ceiling batons. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work ensures you get the very best craftsmanship every time.

Linda Jonas
Colour Consultant & Sales Assistant
A real peoples' person, Linda brings a warm friendly personality combined with a wealth of expertise to Platinum Homes®. Linda has a background in kitchens and home decorating and is our in-house colour consultant. Linda's job is to assist you to make the interior environment of your new Platinum Home your own.

Belinda Vuletich
Office Manager & Project Co-ordinator
There's no better qualification in the home building industry than being someone who has actually driven in the nails on their own home - this type of 'hands on' approach describes Belinda to a T. Having been involved in the build of her first home Belinda then set about designing her second. This 'real life' experience means Belinda knows exactly what she is talking about when it comes to home building. Belinda manages the relationships between our sub-contractors and ensures the smooth running of your home build.

Dean McGonagle
Director
A former Master Builder, Dean has been in the building industry for over 25 years. His career started at the age of 19 working as a carpenter alongside his father who himself was a prominent figure in the Northland construction industry for many years. In 2004 Dean purchased the Northland area license for Platinum Homes® and now heads the sales team based out of the showhome on Otaika Road. Dean's excellent reputation in the Northland area has been built over the years on solid practical industry 'know how' and proven performance which ensures he is the right person to build your dream home.
