The Annual Platinum Homes Awards evening had an extra special element added to the occasion this year with the celebration of Platinum Homes reaching its 20th year of operation.

Hosted at the prestigious Lanarch Castle in Dunedin, the Platinum Homes team, joined by the wider stakeholder group of key supply partners celebrated two decades of excellence in the construction industry.

A heartfelt thank you extends to our dedicated suppliers, licensees, and past founding members for their pivotal role in the success we celebrate today.

Platinum Homes CEO Jamie Webster says, “It was a fantastic occasion and a real honour to celebrate the 20-year anniversary of Platinum Homes”.

“A lot of hard work has occurred over the past two decades to grow the business to the scale it is now, and there has been a phenomenal effort by all the Platinum Homes team, in particular a founding group of people who we were able to recognise officially during our annual awards ceremony”

“I am privileged to be leading the team into the next chapter. There is a lot to be excited about and I’m looking forward to us celebrating the next milestones.”

A collective sentiment from the Platinum team was the recognition of the fantastic clients who have entrusted us over the years.

Platinum Homes have built over 3600 homes across New Zealand, and to each of those clients the team thank, it has been an honour being a part of their journeys.

Reflecting on the last 20 years together, we have immense gratitude for what we have achieved together, and we look forward to the next 20.

Our passion for building quality homes that kiwis will be proud to own remains unwavering and we embrace the opportunities and challenges that lay ahead.

To our clients, team members, suppliers, licensees, and all contributors to our journey, thank you for 20 years of shared success. Here is to the next chapter of building dreams together.

What Temperature at Home Supports Your Health?

Why Indoor Temperature Matters More Than You Think

We spend a lot of time at home, sleeping, relaxing, working. The temperature inside shapes not just comfort, but health. Living in a home that is too cold, too hot, or swings drastically in temperature can affect sleep, mood, energy, and even respiratory or cardiovascular wellbeing. Homes that maintain a stable, healthy temperature reduce illness, support better rest, and help people function at their best.
