Conditions of Entry

• Participants must complete the online entry form and upload a photo of themselves holding their Chiefs supporter sign.

• Participation in the Promotion is limited to one entry per person.

• Platinum Homes (the “Promoter”), its employees, participating agents, and their associated agencies, and their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.

Promotion Period

The promotion commences on 14 April 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm on 17 May 2026. Entries received after this time will not be eligible.

Winner Selection

• Five (5) winners will be selected by 18 May 2026 by an independent panel of judge(s).

• The judge(s)’ decision is final.

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided at entry submission.

• If the Promoter, after making reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the winner before 12:00 pm on 25 May 2026, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected by the judge(s).

• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive a Chiefs experience for themselves and a friend, including:

Chiefs Experience Day – Friday 29 May 2026

• Exclusive ball skills and drills session with Chiefs players

• Access to the Chiefs Captain’s Run

• Meet and greet with Chiefs players

• Behind-the-scenes tour of Chiefs HQ

Game Day Experience – Saturday 30 May 2026

• Four (4) tickets to the Chiefs vs Blues home game at FMG Stadium Waikato

• Early stadium access

• Behind-the-scenes tour of FMG Waikato Stadium

Prize Conditions

• Each winner may bring one (1) friend to attend the Chiefs Experience Day.

• All attendees must have parent or guardian consent.

• Winners and their guests are responsible for organising and covering all travel, accommodation, and any additional costs associated with attending the experience day.

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value if required.

Liability

The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operation or transmission; any communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries; or any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials for this promotion.

Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss or personal injury, in connection with either participation in this promotion or with any prizes offered.

Privacy & Data Collection

• The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information to conduct the promotion.

• If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion.

• Acceptance of the prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without further reference, payment, or other compensation to the entrant.

• Please refer to Platinum Homes’ Privacy Statement regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of personal information.

Photo Submission & Permissions

• All individuals featured in submitted content must have given their consent to be photographed and featured publicly.

• By entering, participants grant Platinum Homes a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use submitted content across marketing channels.
