The Platinum Homes Rotorua, Taupo and Whakatane team is a proud, family-led group with a shared passion for helping clients bring their dream homes to life. With over nine years as licensee owners, Malcolm and Deanna Macdougall lead a skilled and approachable team dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the building journey. And they love nothing more than helping to turn ideas into homes.
Malcolm, a qualified builder and Sales Manager, combines practical know-how with a deep understanding of the building process. Deanna manages day-to-day operations as Office Manager, ensuring the experience is well-organised and detail-focused. Malcolm’s sister, Jamie Macdougall, brings seven years of experience as a Sales Consultant, working closely with clients to shape designs that reflect their needs and lifestyle. Their daughter, Tayla Macdougall, applies her five years of construction expertise to keeping projects on track and on time as Construction Manager. Long-standing team member Denise Kiff has supported the business behind the scenes since day one, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
Clear communication and genuine support are at the heart of what the Rotorua team does best. They take pride in keeping clients informed throughout the build - fostering trust through regular updates, open conversations, and a commitment to listening and responding.
