With more than 30 years of experience in construction, land development, and leadership — and holding an MBA from Henley Management School in the UK — Joann brings both strategic insight and practical expertise to every project. She thrives on turning complex builds into streamlined, efficient processes, ensuring clients enjoy a smooth and rewarding experience from start to finish.
Murray Taylor, Sales Manager, brings over 15 years of industry experience and a deep understanding of the complexities of residential builds — particularly on challenging sites. He leads with a hands-on approach, supporting clients through every stage — from design and pricing to contract finalisation. He works closely with Richard Clotworthy, Sales Executive, who has over a decade of experience in the building industry and Laurene Lindor, New Home Consultant, who brings a lifelong love of design and a gift for understanding her clients’ visions to every build.
On the construction side, Vaughan Sellers, Construction Manager, is a qualified builder and Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). With a meticulous, methodical approach, Vaughan ensures every home is built to the highest standards. He is supported by Tori Neil, Project Administrator, who works closely with clients throughout the construction process to keep everything running smoothly. Jonah Lee, also a Project Administrator and a Platinum Homes team member for over 10 years, plays a key role in managing on-site health and safety, coordinating materials, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
