David Watt is the Auckland South licensee for Platinum Homes.
David began his construction industry career in commercial design before moving on to residential homes. His commercial sector work earned him numerous accolades for both functionality and design and he has since developed a reputation for providing the highest standards of professional service for his residential clients.
Coming from a strong background in construction and design led David to starting his own building company and opening the Platinum Homes licensee in Auckland South, which now operates as a family business where he works alongside two of his sons.
Joann Bell is the Auckland South Platinum Homes General Manager and has been working with David since 2007, she is now managing the day-to-day running of the business. With an MBA under her belt and a comprehensive knowledge of land subdivision and titling processes from her tenure at Land Information New Zealand, Joann has an excellent understanding of the industry.
Platinum Homes Auckland South have been building homes in the area since 2005, and between them, David and Joann bring not only a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team but safe hands in which to trust your new home build.
