Tim and Coyla Rutherford are the licensees for Platinum Homes Otago. Born and bred in Otago, Tim grew up farming, before moving to town and into building. They have called Dunedin home for more than 20 years.
Tim's been in construction for most of the last 20 years throughout which time he's built a strong reputation for delivering excellent quality homes.
Not just passionate about building, Tim excels at building relationships with his customers to design and deliver solutions exactly to their needs.

Platinum Homes is delighted to introduce our newest Platinum Show Home, located at 33 Cemetery Rd, East Taieri, Mosgiel. This stunning home is nestled in a charming community where the hills and the ocean are never more than 20 minutes away.

We were thrilled to celebrate our 21st Platinum Homes Annual Conference on the breathtaking island of Samoa last month.
Each year, our annual conference is much more than just a business gathering—it’s a reunion of the extended Platinum Homes family. This year was no different. Bringing together Licensees, staff, and our invaluable suppliers, we shared moments of learning, laughter, and connection.
