House and land packages

House and land packages are ideal if you don’t want to have to find your own section.

The beauty of a house and land package is that most of the decisions have already been made for you. The section has been chosen and a house plan has been selected to suit that site. There will be some design features you can pick from to suit your tastes, but we’ve made most of the big decisions for you.

You’ll pay a fixed cost that includes the cost of the section, any earthworks required before building can start, and the building cost. There will be flexibility to change features such as interior paint colours, but any enhancements or changes to the package, such as exterior cladding or appliances changes, will add to the final cost.

Choosing a Platinum plan

If you’ve already got your own section, or you want to be a bit more hands-on in the planning process, then choose one of our existing plans and personalise it to reflect your lifestyle. Our build ready house plans can be altered to suit your section or your design ideas. We can even help you find a section if you don’t already have one.

Build ready plans have their own set of standard inclusions. You have the flexibility to do things like add a third garage, an extra bedroom or create a walk-in-pantry at an additional cost. Our house plans are grouped around budget and lifestyle considerations. Once you’ve selected the plan you like most, we’ll work with you to turn that plan into your dream home.

Even if you’re happy with the original floorplan and don’t want to add or change rooms, there are plenty of ways your dream home can reflect your personal style and be truly unique.
