We are a leading New Zealand group home builder and excited to have a special division focussing exclusively on residential-commercial construction and large scale projects – of five or more buildings.
Our Special Projects team works on retirement villages, apartments, interior fit-outs, subdivisions and speciality design and build projects.
We also partner with organisations such as Kāinga Ora, Housing New Zealand and private companies such as Honore Developments – working collaboratively with them on specialist or unique builds.
When we created our Platinum Homes Special Projects team we hand-selected some of the best and most experienced talent from around the country to help us deliver unique, quality projects. We are excited to introduce the first of our Special Projects teams – working across the Bay of Plenty and Waikato.
